Mr. Mohammod Hossain, passed LL. B. (Hon’s) and obtained LL. M. degree from the University of Dhaka, respectively, in 1994 and 1995. He was enrolled as an Advocate in 1996, was permitted to practice before the High Court Division in 1998 and was enrolled as an Advocate of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 2006.

He has over 18 years of legal experience in the High Court Division (having Admiralty Jurisdiction) and 10 years’ experience in the Appellate Division (apex court) of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

Shaheen Ahmed, LL. B. (Hon’s), LL. M., Barrister-at-Law and Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

Mr. Shaheen Ahmed, passed LL. B. (Hon’s) in 1994 and obtained LLM in 1995 from the University of Dhaka. He also passed LL. B. (Hon’s) from University of Wolverhampton, the United Kingdom in 2001. He was called to the Bar in 2002 and became a member of the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He was enrolled with Bangladesh Bar Council as an Advocate in 1996 and was permitted to practice before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 1998. Since 1998 he has been practicing as an Advocate of the High Court Division (having Admiralty Jurisdiction) with two intervals while he was in Judicial Service and in the United Kingdom.

Faisal Reza, M Com, CA (cc), LL. B. (Dhaka) & LL. B. (University of London), Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

Mr. Faisal Reza, obtained his LL. B. from Dhaka and LL. B. from the University of London. He completed the Diploma in Environmental Law & Policy from University of North Carolina, USA and a Diploma in International Tax Law from University of Leiden. He completed a course on Introduction to American Law from University of Pennsylvania Law School, USA.  He possesses 15 years’ practice experience.

M. Moinul Hasan, LL. B. (Hon’s), LL. M., Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

Mr. K. M. Mainul Hossain, obtained LL. B. (Hon’s) and LL. M. in 1994 and 1995 respectively from the University of Dhaka. He was enrolled as an Advocate in 1996 and was permitted to practice before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 1998. He has excess 18 years of trial experience in the Commercial Courts and 16 years appearances in the High Court Division having Admiralty Jurisdiction. 

Foyez Uddin Ahmed, LL. B. (Hon’s), LL. M., Barrister-at-Law and Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

Mr. Foyez Uddin Ahmed obtained the LL. B. (Hon’s) and LL. M. in 1997 and 1998 from the University of Dhaka. He also obtained the LL. B. (Hon’s) from the University of Wolverhampton, the UK in 2004. He was called to the Bar in 2006 and became a member of the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He was enrolled with Bangladesh Bar Council as an Advocate in 1998 and was permitted to practice before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 2013. Mr. Ahmed had appeared before the UK Immigration Tribunal, Home Office and County Court between 2007 and 2014. Tapan Kumar Bepary, LL. B. (Hon’s), LL. M., Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

Mr. Tapan Kumar Bepary obtained his LL. B. (Hon’s) and LL. M. degree from the University of Dhaka, respectively, in 1999 and 2000. He was enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council as an Advocate on 29.01.2002 and on 20.04.2005 he was permitted to practice before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He has above 12 years’ legal experience in diverse segment of law including the Admiralty Law in the High Court Division (having Admiralty Jurisdiction) of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

Mr. Mohammed Akter Hossain obtained the LL. B. (Hon’s) from North Bengal University of India in 2000 and obtained LL. M. from America Bangladesh University in 2012. He was enrolled as an Advocate in 2002 and was permitted to practice before the High Court Division in 2008. He has appeared in the District Courts including Marine Courts since 2002 and the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh having Admiralty Jurisdiction since 2008.
